Hello, I am 25 and married. I was used to masturbate when I was 20 or 21 years old. Later I realized the problem and quit the habit. But right now when I am married I am facing premature ejaculation problem and hardly last 3 to 4 minute. Can I please get the solution of the problem. Ejaculation can be considered premature when it occurs 30 seconds to 4 minutes into sex. You can overcome premature ejaculation by: 1)Using Thicker condoms: a thicker wall can decrease the sensitivity of the penis 2) Behavioural strategies: "start-stop" and "squeeze techniques" often prove effective. 3) Focus on other sexual pleasures: this can decrease anxiety and help you gain better control over your ejaculation. Consult a sexologist for prescription of medications that reduce penile sensitivity (for example, EMLA a cream, or Priligy an oral tablet) for better solution and they eventually improve control over ejaculation.
