Hi lybrate-user You should have your breakfast within one hour or half an hour of waking up. You can take infused water first thing in morning with the following: 1.Zeera 2. Saunf 3. Ginger 4. Garlic 5. Wheatgrass 6. Ajwain 7. Nutmeg 8. Cinnamon 9. Clove 10. Cardamom 11. Turmeric 12. Neem 13. Tulsi 14. Methi seeds 15. Coriander seeds Soak the ingredients overnight in a glass of water or boil them first thing in morning.
