Sir, Both dizziness and constipation is because of start of exercise. You started your workout recently don't do more exercises, do for 30 min and day by day increase the time and do maximum 1 hr. Lack of fiber in food and less water intake will give you constipation. As a diabetic patient you have to follow a proper diet and timing, in between meals don't putt more gap, max 2 to 2.5 hrs, these will help you to reduce more hungry and more intake of food at a time. Apart from 3 main meal take mid morning and evening. Also I don't know what time you are going gym, before 45 min to one hour of exercise eat fruit salad or any sprouts 1, 200 ml bowl and take enough water. Start your exercise with one glass of water and during exercise sips the water don't gulp as such, carry sip bottles with you during exercise, after exercise once your heart rate come normal take plenty of water. 30 min after exercise take something rich in protein, you can choose from good source of protein (chicken, egg, fish, milk, all pulses and beans). If you wants to take chicken take grilled or curry and egg take as boiled, you can take one whole egg and 2 egg white also, fish take as curry form or grilled, milk take as skim. Alcohol is free calorie and it will raise your blood sugar directly after consumption, this is not good for a diabetic patient. Always try to include more vegetables with your breakfast lunch and dinner as salad or curry or subji form and calculate oil 1/2 liter per person in your home and according to that buy it for a month. Now you are taking 5 cigarettes, try to reduce it because you are doing exercise and cigarette will reduce your lung capacity. As a beginning try to avoid cigarette after any of your main food intake, and gradually reduce the number. Alcohol also limit the amount gradually.
