My grand ma of age 68 had heart problem and she had stunt in her heart from 15 to 20 days. Can you suggest the proper diet and food habits from now. May I know the specified list of fruits, nuts,vegetables, etc for maintain good health and reduce the problem with her stunt.

You should take a healthy balanced diet. A heart-healthy diet is one that is low in sodium, as well as low in trans and saturated fats and cholesterol. At least 4 1/2cups of fruits and vegetables each day. Two servings of fish per a week. At least three servings of whole grains. Four weekly servings of nuts, seeds and beans. Avoid processed meats. Reduce intake of caffeinated products and avoid all alcoholic beverages.
