Please suggest treatment for chronic dyspepsia and reflux symptoms, currently I am taking lemon water mixed with honey twice a day and keeping gaps between two meals of at least 3 hours and not taking any medicines, currently the dyspepsia is under control but in the past 10 days sometimes it increased but it got relieved after taking prolonged rest, sitting for about half hour (on computer) after meals instead of immediately lying down, and consumption of light foods like fruits and Britannia husk. The problem with dyspepsia is that fear of eating sufficiently leading to loss of weight.
