Generally my stool is soft and I go toilet two times a day but once I got hard stool and severe anal fissure and finally surgery and my motion was regular and soft but now I have developed hard stool due to long train travelling and no urge of motion for 2 days and I am feeling discomfort. Now what I should do so that I can pass very hard stool very easily and no anal fissure occur because my past experience is horrible about fissures. Please help me I am in full of fear, tension if again anal fissures occur to pass the hard stool, doctor told that anal fissure is best known to recur again and again if stool becomes hard.
