Hi! Welcome to Lybrate! Approx. 95%of the people when infected with HIV, develops antibodies by 4- 6 weeks and almost all turn positive by three months. It's good that your test results after 60 days is Negative. You require a confirmatory HIV Antibody test at three months of last exposure. Please revert if you have any other question. Best wishes!
