How to reduce insulin level? I have high insulin level and PCOD since teenager, also recently discovered with TSH value of 6.11 IU/mL. Reflux and lichen planus skin allergy is other two prob I have since 10 years old. I used to be a sports person with regular workouts, later also continued to workout in gym. But my weight don?t get reduced for what I did. Past two years did not do any workout. Rarely does some exercise and now got knee pain while climbing stairs. Past years I really wanted to rejoin the workouts but really don?t have that much energy since 2-3 years. Medicines does work, but for these many years I got fed up with it and I hate taking tablets and sometimes I end up in severe reflux. Tablets are like a phobia to me, injections not an issue. Please advise what to do and we are planning to get pregnant. I don?t even know if there is a possibility.
