I am 32 years old male 62 kg weight have chest and arm stiffness since 4 yrs, as it go for some month and come again, 3 time I have done ecg but normal result, last time in june 2017 all blood test was normal like lipid profile, c reactive protein, thyroid and uric acid are normal only esr was high 38, doctor gave me anti infla. And pain killer, pain was gone but again same problem, now I am in stress and feeling fear and discomfort with heart palpitation and little but shortness in breath.
