I am 26 years old a regular gym goer with no supplement. My weight is 63 with lean muscle & height 5'-3' Recently I did some medical tests and I found that my testosterone, vitB12 and Omega 3 are on a lower level though in range, vitamin? D deficient. Now I have decided to add Seacod lever oil, Hexadecamin, gokshura & Celin 500 along with my high protein natural diet. please suggest if there is any harm/side effect of those supplements or they are good to go with. Secondly if side effect is subjected to a dose then what would be the right dose for me? Thanks in anticipation!
