I am 50 and not having any bad habit of smoking, drinking. I regularly walk for 1 hour everyday since last 8 years. I am non vegetation. Now I started cycling for 1 hour and walk/running for one hour but still unable to control the weight. Morning, I take hot water with Honey and lemon. I am happy person not taking tension etc. Sleep is also 6 to 7 hours. Please suggest wait loss remedies.

Here you didn't mentioned your Weight and height. Also if you have any disease condition, that one also wants to consider during prescription of diet. In general through the combined action of exercise and diet will reduce your fat. Avoid energy dense alcohol, soft drinks, deep fried items, sweets and pastries for a time period and reduce the intake of carbohydrate through including more vegetables into diet and take small frequent meals with 2 to 3 hrs gap. Take sufficient amount of protein through including good source of protein (Egg, chicken, mutton, milk, pulses, legumes and beans). If you are near to your ideal weight your body will try to maintain it, also while doing regular exercise your body muscle mass will increase and fat will reduce and because of this there is a chance to get a stable weight.
