As am overweight as per my BMI so I want to reduce my weight around 10-12 kgs, I stay alone that's why I have to depend on restaurant meals. I have a big problem in maintaining diet. The only exercise I do is walking for 30 minutes only 3-4 times per week. Please guide me how to keep or maintain a balanced diet nd how to loose weight as am tensed about my health.

Hello Divide your entire day calories in to main meals and small meals having small meals in between increases metabolism and helps in loosing weight also helps to control portion for the main meals. For main meals like lunch and dinner you can have outside and for small meals including breakfast you can have at home .there are many options available you can choose any of them cornflakes milk (tetra pack) oatmeal eggs (you can get it boiled) paneer curd yoghurt soya milk fruits carrot beetroot cucumber roasted chana peanuts puffed rice.
