My father had intracerebral hemorrhagic stroke 25 days before due to high blood pressure and diabetes. His right side is paralysed and he has difficulty speaking and swallowing. Doctors said operation is not possible and medications are given. Please tell me how long it will take to recover and are there any chances of stroke again. Will the bleeding in brain cure by tablets only? Will he be able to speak and move his hands and walk properly? Right now he can recognize everybody.
