Hello lybrate-user, To be fit, you have to include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Indirectly to be fit means your immune system is very strong and efficient. For that you need to strengthen your immune system and maintain it, for that having fruits and vegetables is very important. Many a times in our daily life activities we fail to have fruits. This should not be done. Our body needs everything in normal amounts. Anything in excess is harmful. Also along with vitamins and minerals from fruits and vegetables we need proteins. Proteins can be secured by adding lean chicken, fish and milk in our diet. Not much, one glass of milk daily, one pc of fish daily, chicken and egg twice a week is enough along with soy bean, paneer and daal (every day) intake. Keep your body hydrated by drinking 6 to 7 glasses of water everyday. Also, be happy, share a smile with everyone, this make your inner self stress free after all what you are eating needs to be accepted by the body also, which do not happen properly when we are in stress.
