I walk almost 5-6 kms in day as my job is such. I cover almost 6000 steps per day. Is this ok should I go for walk in the morning and evening also.

Hi. Fitness is a combination of cardio and strength training. Maybe you could add weight training or Pilates to your regime. Do not overdo cardio since it can lead to muscle breakdown and compromise on your immunity.
