I'm already under gone an surgery for bilateral gynecomastia on year 2007. Later from 2015. My breast size was getting big like a female. Can I avoid this without surgery.

Hello sir. There are many causes for the gynecomastia. A surgeon will go for the surgery only after ruling out other underlying factors. If there is any such cause, this might have caused the recurrence. And also during the surgery the fat component as well as the gland, both are removed.
