Get scaling polishing done by a dentist than brush twice daily especially at night get filling done avoid sticky food.
For bleeding gums kindly use chlohex plus mouthwash rinse two times a day for 15 days. The bleeding may subside but if it doesn't.kindly visit dentist. For any tartar /deposit on teeth. And for cavities kindly get the depth of cavity checked to consider. For any type of filling.
It is normal to have increased salivation when eating such thing..
