Present my T3 value is 105.04.T4 is 8.7.TSH is 4.7.now we are planning for 2 child. I am using Thyronorm 88 mcg. And folic acid 5 mg from past 4 months. How much dosage should I take to decrease TSH value. Is this value become any problem if I conceive. I am getting periods by 3 4 days late from past 2 months. Is this any problem. How to reduce my TSH value.

Take thyronorm 100 mcg daily. You can plan pregnancy. Dose needs to be increased again after pregnancy.
