How to reduce weight without any discrepancies. I'm having 2 idly and 1 dosa as breakfast, 1 cup of rice with rasam and veg curry, and for dinner 2 phulka and veg curry. And regularly walks 6000-7000 steps.

You can reduce weight by following these tips: 1) Drink water before meal can help with weight loss as it increases metabolism 2) Eating whole eggs can have all sorts of benefits, including helping you lose weight. 3) drink coffee and green tea 4) eat more of fibrous food like spinach, peas, beans etc 4) cut down sugar, cook food in coconut oil with minimal usage 5) avoid alcohol, smoking 6) Doing aerobic exercise (cardio) is an excellent way to burn calories and improve your physical and mental health. Get yourself tested for thyroid and lipid profile.
