I have a cousin studying his college. He loves me past six months. During his college life he was sex with some girls studying his college. I know that very well. So Earlier I'm not allowed him to sex with me. But six months before he attempt sex with me when it was unexpected time for me, it's happened twice time on that day. After that he examined abd show me report that he has not affected any Sexual disease. Now he is start sex with me and he continue sexual relationship with me weekly 3 times. Whether he can affect SD in future? Or I need to check SD now?

If he has sex with you, and also has with other girls, then he is a high risk person for transmitting STD. If he has not STD now and has sex with only you, then there seems to be no chances. Main thing he has to stick on with one partner. All the best
