Dear Lybrate user, panic attacks can be terrifying, it may seem hard to get a grip on anxiety during a panic attack, but learning the right techniques can help you get your anxiety back under control. You can do some exercises, yoga, deep breath and relaxing techniques, but you can't do these things own your own, you need the help and guidance of a good councellor. It's better you try to control it right now, you need regular counseling sessions. You can call me and discuss your problem, take care.
