Gud morning doctor. My roommate complains that I scream badly during sleep and I walked in sleep also. She tells that after screaming I sleep normally. She has complaint abt my screaming 4 times in last 7 months and sleep walking 1 time in last 7 months. I dnt remember any episode. I woke up normally the next morning. I was also nt sleep deprived. I have completed my MBBS and now I am preparing for my upcoming PG entrance exam in January. I am 25 years old.

Sleepwalking or somnambulism could be due to anxiety ,lack of sleep, deep sleep, alcohol intake, side effect of med or stress etc. It could be due to positive family history.
