How to control hunger. Like when I feel hungry I eat allot. Because of which I am gaining fat. Now I started having more of sugar content also. Please suggest something.

Please regulate your Life-Style to add daily Aerobics + Gym + Yoga + Healthy Nutrition: High Proteins + Low Carbs + Plenty of fresh Fruits, Seeds, Nuts & Leafy Vegetables - to fill your appetite. Drink plenty of water, especially Herbal/Green Tea 3-4 times a day; Enjoy your food: Eat slowly and Chew it Well. I'm against any medication to improve health. BEST WISHES.
