Hii dear...This cream is a combination of hydroquinone, tretinoin, and steroid. It is a skin lightening medication used for hyperpigmentation, it has lot of side effects when used on normal skin. Long term use of steroids can cause infections, acneiform eruption, atrophy, etc.Long term use of hydroquinone can cause exogenous ochronosis.Kindly avoid such creams for skin lightening. It must only be used for hyperpigmentation when indicated.
