Recently I checked my vitamin D and it came out 9 ng/ml, so my doctor prescribed me 60,000 ui vitamin D3 once a week for 2 months along with a calcium supplement daily for 2 months. Its been more than a month now and I have not seen any effect yet, can I please get a proper dosage so I can increase my vitamin D.
