Im 28 years old unmarried boy. I have stop doing masturbating since last 5 months. Earlier I do masturbating once or twice a week then suddenly I stop this act. Now Im suffering from frequent nightfall. Almost 10-12 times in a month. Neither I watched porn nor I do concentrate on any sexual thing. Even sometimes some liquid comes out from my penis while awake. please help.
