I'm 23 I have had ovarian cyst 7 years ago .so doctor remove cyst with overy and report show Normal. But again I was diagnose germ cell ovarian cancer stage 1a but Doctor tell me- there is no need of chemotherapy because it's borderline cover with capsules. Please tell me what I need to do?

In young women ovarian cysts, are collections of fluid in the ovaries painful sometimes but not cancerous .Three types of ovarian cancer (epithelial, germ cell, stromal)., The most common is called epithelial ovarian cancer , lie on the surface of the ovary surface known as epithelial cells. And comprises about 90% and usually occurs in older women About 5% of ovarian cancers are called germ cell ovarian cancers and arise from the ovarian cells that produce eggs. Germ cell ovarian cancers are more likely to affect younger women. ?..MUST GET A SECOND OPINION but if diagnoised then A grade 1 immature teratoma is made up mostly of non-cancerous tissue, and only a few cancerous areas seen under the microscope look immature (look like fetal organs). These tumors rarely come back after being removed. If careful staging has determined that a grade 1 immature teratoma is limited to one or both ovaries, the patient may be treated by removing the ovary or ovaries containing the cancer ..... no chemo is needed after surgery.
