If you have pain in the Anal region while passing stools along with bleeding then you have more chance of having an Anal fissure. If the bleeding is painless while passing stools and you have mild itching in the anal region then chances of piles are there. You should avoid constipation first of all because that is the first thing which is responsible for Piles or Fissure. You can avoid constipation by having high fibre diet (green leafy vegetables, nuts, fruits like apple, guava, salads) and plenty? of liquids. Also you can do Sitz Bath twice a day (Sit in a tub filled with luke warm water and repeatedly squeeze and relax your Anus inside the water for at least 10 mins). This will help in reducing the pain and itching. For a permanent solution get examined by a Surgeon first.
