I always wanted to live my day happily in a positive way but it fails because of my some mental incapability like feeling stress without interact to the problem, feeling uncomfortable with a group of people especially with girls, feeling uncomfortable while talking to people by seeing their eyes, also reacting to the problems, I mean kind of short temper type. These problems really affecting my life to built my dream career, which requires self confidence. So suggest me a way which could I follow to love a healthy life and better social experience.
