Raw eggs contain a protein called avidin which decreases the availability of an important vitamin, biotin. Hence it is not recommended to consume lot of raw eggs. Boiled egg is a very good source of proteins, infact the best one. The white of the egg has the most readily available amino acids. Quantity depends on your activity, two eggs a day is for normal activity.
