2 months back I was diagnosed with low vitamin D & B12. These were 29 nmol/l and 245 pg/ml. I am continuously taking Matilda Forte 1 tab daily and Tayo 60 K once in a week since 2 months. Many symptoms like light headed, numbness, head pain are gone away. Bt still feel lot muscle weakness, bone pain, muscle twitching, pin and needle sensation. Pls suggest how many days take to recover from these deficiencies. What diet I need to take for muscle and bone strength.
