Hi I am 35 year old .The size of my follicle at right size was 19x19 mm on day 11 and on day 12 it is 19x20 mm without any medicine is it normal.

Yes you follicle size is normal, follicle starts growing at rate of 2-3 mm a day and reaches 17-27 mm size just prior to ovulation (14 days prior to next menstruation)
