I Feel dizziness, sleepy, feel like bp low, problem in breath taking, all this happen frequently in a day daily. No any symptoms like vomiting, chest pain, etc. Etc. Goes regular gym. Little bit intense exercise. But poor diet. 3 times meal taken. Profession-professor. Please suggest what to do. Precaution, diet, eating timing, etc.

Hello Lybrate user As you asked about your problems related to dizziness and others it means alkaloids of blood are getting low .You need to drink more water to make sufficient water levels. You may follow all the dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as yoga and exercise every day. More water and warm milk boiled with ginger and haldi including nuts every day before going to bed and at breakfast. Use vegetarian food and green vegetables and moong daal soups fried with cumin seeds and ghee. Avoid oily or junk food stuff which create problems with your metabolism resulting dizziness and heaviness in head.
