As you said liposuction is not the permanent solution for gynecomastia. Then please let me know how do I, suffering from gynecomastia, control it. I tried tamoxifen as well but stopped taking it after not getting positive signs.

Hello. Liposuction and the gland removal (depending upon the amount of fatty and glandular tissue in the region) is the standard treatment of choice for gynecomastia. It will reduce the appearance of it drastically and the garment worn after the procedure also brings the chances of recurrence to almost zero. Please consult a plastic surgeon for the same and he'll give you a more better idea of the procedure.
