My 2 years son has PUJ obstruction. He had Right single pyeloplasty surgery on 24 dec 2015 .Now As per current doctor view, his right is not still completely functional and left is non functional. I did DTPA scan ,below is the impression 1.Rgt kidney with preserved parenchymal function and non obstructed drainage pattern 2. Not visualized (Non function) left. Please let me know your opinion?
