I am 19 years old and my weight is 64 I look fat I have joined yoga for about 2 weeks for 1 hour daily and also avoided junk foods I take normal 3 meals a day then also I have not been able to reduce much weight kindly suggest something and also I am a student so I have to attend 6 hr continues class I feel very hungry during class kindly suggest me something.
