She is suffering from severe abdomen pain followed by irregular periods, fever and cough and cold. Last 2 years back she was suffering from pelvic infection so how shall I proceed. Kindly help.

Thank you for your query lybrate-user ji A pelvic infection generally causes lower abdominal pain, burning and painful urination, fever and sometimes shivering in the patient. Currently you should get the patient treated for the infection, but first she will need to get a urine examination done to confirm the diagnosis .A routine, microscopic and culture of the urine needs to be done.
