I have internal fever from day before yesterday till today, I didn't take any medication because it seems simple fever. But as fever gone was gone in the morning, now I found myself with dry nose, throat and sneezes. I checked on internet about these symptoms, it suggests, may be it is seasonal flu or swine flu. How can be I sure? Where will I find best option for treatment of either one of these flu is positive?

Hi, If your area is endemic area of Swine flu, it is better to get tested. Disease confirmation can be known by detection of H1N1 virus using "Swine Influenza Test Kit" to analyse the samples from nose, nasopharynx or throat swabs. These tests are done in the hospitals.
