I have a lot stress because of which I have suffered severe hair fall. My hair were as it is very thin but not less. But over the last one year they have become extremely less. Moreover the the dark circles are also severe. About my hair they are long in length till the back. Not of a good texture. While washing, combing, drying, even changing I see a lot of hair on the floor. Since I am a vegetarian my protein intake is very less. I haven't got my hair trimmed for almost an year because I fear to lose the little hair that m left with. The hair are specifically very less over the crown area.In the last 3 months I have gained 4 kg of weight. I am a roller hockey player but haven't been practicing the same since February, 2017 Of late I am thinking of getting my hair trimmed followed by a keratin treatment. Kindly suggest me what you think will be the best for my hair considering all the facts mentioned above.

Stress as you have mentioned is one of the biggest factor resulting in hairloss.Try to reduce your stress level by meditation, yoga and regular exercise.Certain dietary modifications like adding green vegetables , fruits and food with high protein content will also prove effective to boost your haor growth and prevent further loss.Avoid using any harsh chemicals on your hair as that may result in further damage.You may take biotin supplements and regular oil massage with a good hair oil.
