Hi Aman Green tea antioxidant rich but does not helps that much in weight loss. For weight loss you have to follow low carbs diet with high protein diet and you have to avoid wheat, rice, pulses and sugar and any item made from these items like daliya, poha, corn flakes, oats, biscuits, namkeen etc. Strictly during weight loss because all this foods are rich in carbs.
