I am trying a lot to gain weight. Tried a lot of tonic and powders but nothing is working out. I intake lot of food but soon after taking food I feel tired and stomach seems to be too heavy. What can be the reason sir? Can you suggest exact diet suitable for me to gain body mass? I am. Jain I would like to prefer vegetarian based diet. Please suggest exact requirements of protein calories etc.

Hello Lybrate user, the weight for your height is appropriate and you need not try for weight gain. As you are a vegetarian, beans like soya, bengal gram are rich in proteins. Try having wholesome foods like milk and your diet should contain all nutrients in appropriate quantities.
