When I met rheumatologist they said its ankylosing spondylitis abd lasts for lifetime. My HLA b27 is also positive. Does it means I have ankylosing spondylitis for sure? Please answer me.

Hello lybrate-user, HLAb 27 usually indicates ankylosing spondylitis. Start physiotherapy for better recovery. And exercises should be done regularly.
