Need a nutrition help - used to do so much workout even at home, instead of gaining i'm loosing health! Taking proper breakfast like oatmeal, lunch and dinner on time! Because of fissure last to last week now almost healed! But still feeling weakness and tiredness! What to do? Please suggest? Thanks.

Need to do regular exercise or join gym...take high protein diet..take soaked chic peas and pea nuts,,take walnuts,,almonds,,dates,cashew daily.take fruits daily..take whey protein or soya protein...take multivitamins and multiminerals supplements..this will help u to gain ur weight for sure...
