I have heel pain in my right foot since 3+ months and looking for the most effective treatment in Mumbai. I have visited two doctors and the timings of both do not suit me as I am a working person. You can directly approach a good physiotherapist. Treatment of plantar fasciitis is physiotherapy. Usually medicines are inaffective. Daily stretching of the plantar fascia can give permanent relief. Rarely injection of steroids into the heel is needed to control the inflammation.

You must, first, get a complete check-up by a good family physician, who may refer you to an orthopaedic specialist. But, in my experience, Acupuncture - by a qualified doctor - would be the most efficient treatment for probable cause of your Pain as Plantar Fasciitis or Calcaneal Spur at your age. BEST WISHES.
