I have fungal dandruff in my head. I have tried shampoos like nishral and ketanol but no use. My hair was thick black in color. But it's turning brown and very dry like coconuts fibre, and I have heavy hair fall, I put a lot of coconut oil but still my hair is showing no results of becoming smooth like before please help me.
