Genitsl tuberculosis is one of the commonest cause of ectopic, you should get yourself investigated for genital tuberculosis. Get hsg done to see the patency and condition of tube, you can get it done under anaesthesia if you cannot tolerate pain. Pt with previous ectopic pregnancy are at a slight higher risk of ectopic, so when you conceive early usg should be done to rule out ectopic.
