I have a really hard time passing stools. Most of the days I'm constipated and not able to relieve myself. And sometimes I go on a daily basis but still passing the stools is very painful. 4 years ago I was diagnosed with gallstones. So I wanted to know if it has anything to do with it. This regular constipation also started 3-4 years ago. I drink 4 litres of water everyday and have enough fine in my diet so it's not because of it. I don't even have blood in my stools. It will be very helpful if any doctor can tell me how to get rid of this condition. I even intake triphala juice everyday. But it doesn't help.
