Asthma is a reversible disease provided you treat the trigger. You have to find out what you are allergic to and get densitisation for that. There are better alternatives to peanut butter. Do not take any milk products if youhave asthma. For specific dietary advice take a consult and I will teach you what to eat and what not to eat. And help to control and may be even reverse your asthma.
