I am not habitually constipated person. Normally my stool is soft but I have very weak digestive power so occasionally I get hard stool (one time or two times after 3 years) and when stool becomes hard then anal fissure also occur which heal by its own but it is very very painful. I am 23 years old and in my lifetime I got hard stool about 4 times and every time I got anal fissures. I take high fibre diet, lot of water orally still occasionally my stool becomes hard, I think it is due to my weak digestive power. Now my question is what I should do when occasionally stool will become hard so that I can save myself from occurring anal fissure as it is very very painful.
