I have flabby stomach, I am 40 yrs, 153 cm, 57 kg. I have lost 4 kg in the past 3 months with careful eating and hi it almost daily. But I feel, the thighs and stomach is not flatenning enough, I have oats for fast, 2roti,dal sabzi in lunch, one roti and dal sabzi for dinner by 7-7.30 pm.What should I incorporate to loose more, target being 52 kg, and flatten stomach and toned thighs. feel I am on a plateau. For a month now. Help.
