I have flabby stomach, I am 40 yrs, 153 cm, 57 kg. I have lost 4 kg in the past 3 months with careful eating and hi it almost daily. But I feel, the thighs and stomach is not flatenning enough, I have oats for fast, 2roti,dal sabzi in lunch, one roti and dal sabzi for dinner by 7-7.30 pm.What should I incorporate to loose more, target being 52 kg, and flatten stomach and toned thighs. feel I am on a plateau. For a month now. Help.

Good motivation. Have plan diet. Eat less oily n fatty food. Do thigh n stomach exercise if possible. Ex- suryanamskar.

1. Your next level of fitness has to be through intensive exercise because you can't reduce diet beyond a certain point. 2. Shape of abs/thighs etc can be changed by regular intensive exercises. 3. Running /jogging / HIIT /Crossfit /Tabata etc can help. 4. Search on YouTube for such exercises and buildup slowly. Popsugarfitness / Fitnessblender channels are good. 5. Monitor weight loss through 'Myfitnesspal' app. 6. Be patient / be consistent / expect results after 6-8 months.
